I’ll help you select the right software and create a clean, organized system that is tailored to your specific needs. This service can either include training, or serve as a starting block for monthly maintenance services.

Cleanups
If your books are a mess from past years or you find that AI automations have run amok with your transactions, I’ll systematically clean up past transactions, reconcile accounts and get everything in order. The goal is to establish a solid, accurate foundation that shows your exactly where your business stands, and has you ready for tax season on time.

Regular Maintenance
If you find that you can never quite catch up on all the bookkeeping your business requires and things aren’t getting done, it might be time to invest in regular bookkeeping. Whether you need weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual maintenance, we will setup a system that keeps your books tidy, and I’ll be available to walk you through reports, answer questions, and help you understand how your business taxes and systems work.
